My name is Ramisa, and I'm currently a Master's student at Georgia Tech in the Human-Computer Interaction program. My goal is to design technologies to make information accessible to everyone, including women, people of color, and those who do not speak English or do not come from Western cultures.
When completing my undergrad at Barnard College, I minored in Asian and Middle Eastern Cultures and am passionate about languages and language education. I'm currently studying the Korean language, which I studied during the Critical Language Scholarship program in 2019 (which I am now an alumni ambassador for!)
When I'm not coding or designing, I love cooking, reading, and playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
